Volunteers are always welcome in the woodlands and we provide free events in the groves or at the quoit when funding permits. We exhibit at shows and fairs and are always pleased to meet likeminded people

Any donations towards our work go directly into projects, administered by volunteers.

Booking the Woods

If you would like to use the woods please use the calendar form below. There is a small expected donation, scaled according to the type of organisation you are and how many people you are bringing. This is important as it helps us to look after the woods.

Charity £10 per 20 people. £15 if all day.
School £10 per 20 children. £15 if all day.
Commercial £20 per 20 people. £25 if all day.

Once we have received your calendar booking, we will email you with an invoice and form to sign. We will also request a Risk Assessment. Please download this Health and Safety checklist to help you create your Health and Safety Risk Assessment.
