POGG and HOGG

POGG and HOGG

West Cornwall there are two organic gardening groups to choose from. POGG, Penwith Organic Gardeners and Growers meets in winter at the Longrock Memorial Institute on the last Tuesday of the month. HOGG is the organic group for Kerrier, Helston and the Lizard, meeting the preceding Thursday at Helston Community Centre.

Both groups visit gardens (members and others) in the summer, with informal friendly meetings.

POGG membership costs £3 per household per year, and HOGG £5. There is a joint newsletter for both groups with 10 issues per year. Members provide s provide stamped addressed envelopes for their copy or subscribe by email  y.lewer@btconnect.com.
