Booking the woods

If you would like to use the woods, please submit a booking request using the calendar form.

A small donation is expected, scaled according to the type of organisation and group size. These contributions are essential to help us maintain and protect the woodland.

Suggested Donations:

  • Charities: £10 per 20 people (£15 for a full day)
  • Schools: £10 per 20 children (£15 for a full day)
  • Commercial Groups: £20 per 20 people (£25 for a full day)
  • Professional Dog Walkers: £10 per visit

Once we receive your booking request, we will email you with an invoice and a form to sign. We will also request a Risk Assessment. Please download this Health and Safety checklist to help you create your Health and Safety Risk Assessment.

Submit
